CHARACTER PRODUCT GUIDE

Turn a mascot into a slow-rise collectible.

We adapt characters and brand mascots into production-friendly PU shapes while protecting the visual features buyers recognize.

Custom character squishy collection

Can a mascot become a PU squishy?

Yes. A mascot or original character can be translated into a molded PU foam toy using artwork, multi-angle reference images or a 3D file. The design is reviewed for balance, undercuts, thin parts and decoration before sampling.

RELATED BUYER QUESTIONS

Character squishy development FAQ.

What artwork is needed to make a mascot squishy?

Front, side and back views are ideal, but a clear front image can begin the feasibility review. A 3D file helps when proportions must be precise.

Will small character details be visible?

Important eyes, mouth, costume and logo details can be painted or printed. Very thin accessories or deep undercuts may need adjustment for safe molding and demolding.

Can you make several expressions or colorways?

Yes. Colorways and decoration variations can be reviewed, but each change should be assessed for its effect on sampling, MOQ and unit price.

Can licensed characters be produced?

Yes, when the buyer has the necessary authorization. We do not reproduce protected characters without permission from the rights holder or authorized partner.

Can the squishy use custom retail packaging?

Yes. Packaging can support storytelling, brand identification and retail presentation. Share the sales channel and required pack format with the artwork.
