How long does mass production take?
Mass production typically takes 30–35 days after sample approval and order confirmation.
Can you support product testing?
Yes. Testing support can be arranged according to the product specification and destination market requirements.
Can you make an XXL custom squishy?
Yes. Large PU squishies can be developed, but wall thickness, weight, curing time and deformation risk must be reviewed around the exact shape and size.
What should I send for the first review?
Please send your design image or 3D file, target size, estimated quantity, delivery country and required arrival date. A reference image is enough to begin.

Does the 30–35 day production time include sampling and delivery?
No. Our stated mass-production time is 30–35 days after sample and order confirmation. Custom sampling typically takes 20–25 days. Allow additional time for revisions, any agreed testing and shipping; share your arrival deadline before ordering so we can review the schedule.
Can I confirm the sample before the bulk order is produced?
Sampling is the stage to confirm the agreed shape, size, color, decoration, feel and packaging. Include your acceptance requirements in the project brief and agree the approved sample and specifications before confirming production.
